I am on a mission to teach blogging with best and easy methods. This is my personal blog where I share blogging as well as my personal experience.

Kulwant Nagi

New Office.. New Life.. New Goals

Finally I have an office after doing blogging for 3 years in a single room, whereΒ all family members used to sit.

Yeah.. We had only one room..

I know this might surprise you… but this is the bitter truth.

You can imagine the life of a blogger when Television at his home is just 1 feet away continuously entertaining your family members.. and you are sitting beside just to convert your dreams into reality.

And I spent 3 years blogging life like that..

I know this was hard..

If you are an Indian blogger then you might have observed that in many hangout I always used to avoid making my Mic ON.. the reason was LOUD TV besides me..

Family members used to see their favorite episodes so I couldn’t stop all of them..

So I compromised.

You might consider this a new office.. but for me this is the new life..

A life where I can invite as many people at home, help them, consult them and do anything to take my business at new level.

So I am happy..

While writing this, I have tears in my eyes, as I cannot express my happiness in words.

This is just a 8×8 feet room, but for me this is the new door to touch bigger levels.

I am sharing just because of few awesome people in my life who are always there to motivate me, support me and help me at any level.

If it’s you, then accept my thanks from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for being with me in this awesome journey.

Many people are asking me about the cost of this system.

So here we go:

Mac Mini – 36,000 INR (Snapdeal link)

Microphone – 6500 INR (Including Taxes) (Audio-Technica ATR2500-USB Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone)

Apple Keyboard – 3200 INR (Link)

Dell Wireless Notebook Mouse (WM311) – 1000 INR (Link)

Monitor – 23″ Hp Monitor – 13,000 INR (Link)

Wall PaintingLink (I ordered medium size)

Total Cost – 58,700

So in just 60,000 (approx) I got a good operating system.

I’ve a question in my mind, “Getting a good Job in MNC with 10-15 Lacks/Anum salary or doing Blogging” which is better? I know its such a weird question, but I really want to become a full time blogger and I’m afraid that what people will think. I’m just 17 years old and thinking to opt blogging as my career with a Engineering degree.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

  17. First of All Congrats. You are the one of the true bloggers out here. Passion and hardwork are the key for success. You inspired me a lot.

I wish you all the best and very big success.

  18. Inspirational! Just another proof that following your dreams makes it come true.
I also have a question, off topic though- I see you have the audio technica mic, is it better than the blue yeti? And where did you get it at 6.5K? becuase its costing me approx 140$ when I get it shipped to India through amazon.com

  19. Hi Kulwant,

Been a long time and I hope you haven’t forgotten your old friends πŸ™‚

Yes, I can visualize and imagine all that you must have gone through in that one or two bedroom, with family all around – the TV – the noise, as one’s gone through that phase long back also. Speaking of our country, where do we have so many rooms or even the funds to really live lavishly – and if we did, would we be bloggers!

I am SO happy for you, and the new life you are starting. I saw a few of these pictures earlier on FB too, and I could make out the excitement in your voice. Even if it’s small, at least it is yours and you have the privacy to sit and really work, without any disturbance now. We have divided our rooms also, so that no one disturbs us when we write, or else we just cannot concentrate.

Wishing you all the best in your new life πŸ™‚

    • ha ha.. Never Harleena mam. πŸ™‚

Yeah this was a hard time for me but my passion always derived me to avoid the obstacles.

This is a new life where I am going to achieve new milestones in a very short time. This small room gives me freedom to do everything and sit here all the day without worrying what family members are doing in the same room.

Thanks for being here and such an awesome comment as always.

  20. Hi Kulwant,

You did very good in these last 3 years. The growth path is not linear, which means your will grow even more faster than before. Looking forward to your own million dollar startup.

    All the best!

  21. Hello sir,
As a professional blogger you are doing you job well. I think working in office is much more productive than working at home. I had heard your name and now seen you here on your blog. Amit agrawal also works in office. You people are really professional and took blogging seriously. You are inspiration for new bloggers.

    Thanks

  22. Hey,

Decide your goal and start working on it day and night. There is no power in this world which can stop you. NO POWER.. (This is really a true statement)

And New Office.. New Life.. New Goals post shows magic of Passion, Patience and hardwork in life .

Hard power and keep it Up….. πŸ™‚

  23. I just chanced upon this blog post of yours and I have this to say, bro, “I love your honesty, I love your down-to-earth attitude, I love your struggle path, I love your modesty!”

I just wish I had come to know about you sooner! Someday, I would like to meet you at your office and shake your hands – and that can be as soon as you start letting people into your office.

Of course, I am a ‘Happiness’ blogger – just into it for 6 months. I am doing it all by myself, with as much information I could glean from the internet. Unfortunately I couldn’t convince an established Delhi blogger (who always inspired me) over several emails, to get let me meet him up to get some headstart into this blogging business.

I wish you the best in all that you do! And, if I may, would like to meet you up some day. Cheers! πŸ™‚

  24. Congrats Bro,.
I am too a blogger and in spite of having so much income, I have never thought of office, I think blogging can be done from a Room, Bed or Coffee shop.

however in my family, very less time they see TV, So I don’t get disturbed by Loud Voice.

I really appreciate your struggle , Success and helping thousands of bloggers including from from BloggingCage.

May the blessings of almighty be always upon you!

    • Aliakbar, I agree with your point that we can do blogging from anywhere.. But it’s must to have an office for effective blogging.

Thanks for being here and for your awesome wishes.

  25. Hi Kulwant,

This is my first visit to your blog, your story is so inspiring, and congrats for your new office, even having a separate room for myself I feel I am getting disturbance from my family.

After reading this article, I came to know I am looking for excuses to support myself, thank you very much for sharing this information, this article will awake a lot of lazy people like me.

If you are committed to achieving something, everything is possible in the world and you are the example.

  26. Hats off to ur effort bro … this is not strange if I call u Big B of blogging and mine too πŸ™‚

and warmly congratulation to ur new life πŸ™‚

    Thanks to motivate us !!
